Cordell - You make an interesting point about Falcon's need to draw up and enforce contracts. I remember David Forest saying in this very thread that Falcon had an ironclad contract with Atlas specifying everything he was to do in both scenes.

I have since then been told by various people that there can be no such contract in porn, at least not one that is legally binding, since it is illegal to contract for sex per se. All a porn company can do, apparently, is contract for modeling, i.e. that a model will show up and have photos or video taken of him. So presumably Atlas could have shown up on the specified dates and still refused to follow through on his "gay sex debut." Or he could have done a full-on sex scene with another company first, and there wouldn't be much that Falcon could do about it. I must say that it rings true to me.

Wlll, then Falcon or any other comapny would have the right to withhold payment to Zeb or anyone else.

I'm with Cordell on that. There are ways of preventing others from using what you have paid for and Falcon is doing less to nothing about it.
